That’s our trusty mascot, “Pumphrey.” Sometimes locations are either “unbranded” or haven’t given us a logo we can use in the app. Because Pumphrey likes to make an appearance occasionally, he shows up at those locations.
From the Map View screen, click on the pin drop for that site, and the location information drawer will appear. Click the “Remove from Favorites” link under the location’s name, and it will be removed from the favorites list. You’ll see a message on the Welcome Screen when a new app version is available for download. If the latest version is a minor update, you can decide when and if you want to update your app. Occasionally, we may need to add new security enhancements. When the new version includes security updates, you must update your mobile app to protect your privacy.
Locations that are represented by yellow pin drops and price banners participate in the Fuelman Discount Network. Using your card at these locations means your company rebate will be applied to your fuel purchase. Locations represented by black pin drops and price banners are part of the Fuelman Extended Network. For your convenience, these locations accept the Fuelman card but do not provide a rebate to your company for the fuel purchase. Depending on your program, an additional fee of $3.00 per transaction may be charged at the location.
Yes. Enter information about the destination (City, Street, Zip Code) in the search bar at the top of the Map View or List View screen and click the search button. We’ll show you the five results that most closely match your search criteria. Pick one from the list, and the app will show you locations near that destination.
To display your current location on the map, you need to enable Location Services on your device, then give location access permission to the Driven for Fuelman app from your phone’s Settings menu. Depending on your phone type, Location Services may be a main menu item under Settings, a sub-menu item under Privacy or Security, or managed independently as permitted under the Apps section. Once you locate the appropriate menu, enable Location Services for the Driven for Fuelman app, then restart the app.
To clear one or all of the filter criteria you have saved, click the “Filter” icon from either the Map View or List View screen to access the Filters menu. If you want to remove all filter criteria, click the “Clear All” button. If you only want to remove some of the filters, you can click the “X” for that filter at the top of the screen, open the menu section, deselect that item, and then click “Apply Filters.”
Yes. You can save preferences in the app by adding filter criteria in the Filters Screen. To access that screen, click on the “Filter” icon from either the Map View or List View screen, click on the “Fuels” menu, select your preferred type of fuel, then click “Apply Filters.” The mobile app will save that as a preference, as it only displays locations that sell that fuel in the future.
Sometimes, we do not receive fuel prices from a location, or the prices we do receive are more than 72 hours old. When either of those two events occurs, we will not display fuel prices for that location in the mobile app.
We update the fuel prices for each location daily based on information the location may have shared with us the previous day. Because the prices are not generated “in real-time,” the price you see in the mobile app may differ from the price you see when you arrive at the location.
Yes. On the Map View screen, click on a pin drop, and a drawer will appear showing location information. You can continue to tap other pin drops with the drawer open, and the information will change to the new location. If you want to see the location’s services and amenities, tap and drag the drawer upwards. To close the drawer, pull it down the screen or tap anywhere on the map.
Those buttons are called “Quick Filters.” Clicking one or more of them will immediately filter the locations on the map only to show locations that sell fuel, provide maintenance, or offer a discount on fuel purchases. To remove the Quick Filter, click the button a second time.
