To get service anytime day or night, we’ve found the following is helpful and will enable our service operator to locate your vehicle and expedite rendering of service:

Keep a copy of the Roadside Assistance program information with the vehicle at all times.
If possible, have someone stay with the vehicle until Fleet Rescue service arrives.
If the vehicle is to be towed unattended, please leave the keys inside.
