Follow these steps to order and edit cards on your account.
1. On the main navigation, select Cards > My Cards.
Note: If you have access to multiple accounts and fleets, ensure the correct options are selected at the top of the home page.
2. Click Add Card.
Note: You can also select Cards > Add Card from the main navigation to bypass the My Cards page.
Note: Please note the following:
- If you need to return to the My Cards page, use the Back to Cards button on the Add a Card page rather than your browser back button.
- Ensure you enter your desired value correctly in the Vehicle Description field as it will be embossed on the card.
- Optionally, you can add additional details, such as the department and sub department.
- Your card will arrive based on your selected shipping method. First class USPS mail takes two to five business days.
4. When finished, click Order Card at the bottom of the page.
5. Your card order is now complete. Read the popup message and click Ok.
6. To edit a card, click the edit gear icon in the card row you wish to edit. In this example, we’ll change the profile on Jyodi’s Card.
7. Make changes as needed. Click Update Card when finished.
8. The page refreshes and returns you to the My Cards page. Your changes are automatically reflected.
