Open an internet browser and type the iFleet website address in the address bar ( ). Then, press Enter on your keyboard.

On the iFleet Log In page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address on file with your account in the Email ID field.

Enter your iFleet account number in the Account Number field. You can find your account number on your invoice statement. Click Submit.

Check your email for a message titled User Access. This email contains a temporary password that expires in three days.

Return to the iFleet Log In page. Enter your email address and temporary password. Click Login.

The system prompts you to change your password. Enter your temporary password in the Old Password field. Then enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Click Save.

You have successfully changed your password. Click OK on the message that displays.You will be returned to the IFleet Log In page. You can now log in with your new password.
